At Component Wala, we want to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition. Please read our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Shipping Policy
   • We currently deliver only within India.
   • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public
   • holidays).
   • Orders placed before 1:30 PM (Monday–Saturday) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
   • Delivery partners: reputed courier agencies (we may also use Speed Post for remote areas if needed).
   • Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
   • All packages are shipped with an official invoice as per Indian Tax Regulations.
   • Important:
   • If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order reference number.
   • We will arrange a replacement or re-shipment at no extra cost if the issue is reported at delivery time.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • Orders can be cancelled before confirmation (a confirmation email is sent after placing the order).
   • If the order is already confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is possible, but customers must pay the delivery charges.
   • In some cases, cancellation may attract bank/payment gateway charges (around 5%) depending on the payment method.
3. Return & Refund Policy:
   • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
     • The product is damaged
     • The product is not working
     • The product received is not the same as ordered
   • Conditions for Returns
     • The returned item must be unused and in original packaging.
     • A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included.
     • Before sending the product back, customers must contact us and get an approval/RMA number.
   • Refund / Replacement Process
     • Once the returned product is received and verified, we will either:
       • Provide a replacement (if stock is available), or
       • Issue a 100% refund (if replacement is not available).
     • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process after approval.
     • Return shipping charges will be refunded only if the product issue is verified.
4. Warranty Policy
   • Warranty is available only on larger products (details provided in the confirmation email).
   • No warranty is available on small components (e.g., resistors, small motors, chips, etc.).
   • Warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, modified, soldered, or physically damaged after delivery.
5. Responsibility
   • Component Wala is not responsible for improper installation or misuse of products.
   • Customers must ensure correct electrical polarity and safe handling while using components.
